Helmut Milz, MD
Helmut Milz, MD, holds specialty degrees in Psychosomatic Medicine, General Medicine and Psychotherapy. He has more than 30 years of experience in different psychosomatic therapies and education and is also honorary professor of Public Health at the University of Bremen. He is a former inhouse consultant to the WHO, co-authered the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion, lectures internationally and wrote various books on integrative medicine, health promotion and body oriented issues. He works in private practice and resides in Germany.
