Special Needs Scholarship Discount Request

A limited number of reduced tuition fee scholarships are also available for those who are disabled, handicapped, physically or psychologically challenged, and for those with other special needs. Please complete and submit the form below and FAX or mail a prescription or letter from your health care provider stating the diagnosis of your special needs.

If you are awarded a scholarship by AGI, you will receive an email containing a Special Needs Scholarship Discount Code which you must enter on the Registration Form to be eligible for the Special Needs Scholarship Discount Fee. You are urged to apply early, for scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis until the supply is exhausted.
