previously registered for this webcast for "no credit" and
now wish to pay an additional fee of $45 to add CE credits
and receive a Certificate of Completion listing credit
hours earned and the approved CE sponsors, you may do so
using one of the methods below.
In order to access the quizzes and evaluation surveys for a
presentations that you've already reviewed, first pay the
fee below. When you receive an email that your CE status
has been changed from "no CE credit" to "CE credit", login
to the webcast and select the presentation. When the video
starts to play, use the navigation window to skip to the
final slide, and when you exit, pop-up windows will appear
with the CE quiz and evaluation survey. If you have any
